About Tinesh

Tinesh is a Registered Clinical Psychologist with a special interest in trauma, emotional dysregulation, personality-related difficulties, eating disorders, and neurodevelopmental conditions. He uses evidence-based approaches including CBT, DBT, and trauma-informed care, while tailoring therapy to each individual’s needs. He aims to help clients build insight, emotional resilience, and practical coping skills in a safe and supportive environment. He also provides psychological and neuropsychological assessments for diagnostic clarification and treatment planning.
