At MindNexis, Suresh focuses on strengthening clinical mental health services by integrating evidence-based psychiatry and psychology with Ayurveda-informed preventive and lifestyle care. His approach emphasises ethical governance, cultural sensitivity, and whole-person mental wellness, moving beyond digital-only solutions toward trusted, relationship-based care.

He also leads the expansion of Employee Assistance Programs (EAPs) and corporate mental health partnerships, supporting organisations through executive mental health, burnout prevention, and workforce well-being.
