Qualifications & Professional Background

Dr Razmeender Singh Kelly is a highly trained Consultant Neurosurgeon with over a decade of clinical experience in neurosurgery, spine surgery, and interventional pain management. He is currently based at Hospital Putrajaya and has trained extensively across Malaysia, Singapore, India, and Australia.

Dr Raz holds a Master of Surgery (Neurosurgery) from Universiti Sains Malaysia and is a Member of the Royal College of Surgeons (Edinburgh and Ireland). His subspecialty interests include spine disorders, minimally invasive and endoscopic spine surgery, neurotrauma, and advanced pain management, supported by fellowships in AO Spine, Advanced Pain Management, and Interventional Spine Care.

At MindNexis, Dr Raz serves as a Consultant Neurosurgeon, providing expert input for complex neurological and spine-related conditions, multidisciplinary case discussions, and integrated care planning. His role strengthens MindNexis’ commitment to holistic, collaborative, and evidence-based neuro-mental health care, bridging neurosurgical expertise with psychological, rehabilitative, and pain-management services.

Dr Raz is also actively involved in teaching, research, and professional education, having delivered numerous lectures and contributed to national and international neurosurgical conferences.
