She holds a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Taylor’s University and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from HELP University. Her clinical experience spans both private and hospital settings, where she has worked
with clients across different age groups and presented with a diverse range of psychological, emotional, behavioural, and developmental concerns. She is committed to providing evidence-based psychological care that is tailored to each client’s individual needs.

Zi Xuan has experience providing comprehensive assessment and intervention across both private and hospital settings, and is comfortable working with clients across a wide range of ages and presenting concerns. She also works collaboratively with clients and relevant support systems where appropriate to provide individualised and holistic care. Her clinical experience includes working with individuals presenting with anxiety, depression, trauma-related concerns, neurodevelopmental conditions, OCD, personality disorders, emotional regulation difficulties, behavioural concerns, and other psychological and mental health challenges.
When working with children and adolescents, she uses a developmentally appropriate and engaging approach, while also supporting parents in understanding their child’s needs and strengthening parent-child relationships. With adults, she provides a warm and collaborative space to explore emotional difficulties, develop coping strategies, and work towards meaningful change.
She conducts sessions in English, Mandarin, Malay, and Cantonese.
